The views across the large, manicured lawn encompass Roys Peak, Treble Cone and Black Peak while the property is privately surrounded by an abundance of native and fruit trees.  The living area has both a wood fire and heat pump/air conditioner for your year-round comfort.  The upper level living room opens out onto a balcony where you can sneak away for some quiet time enjoying the views.  It has a kitchenette and offers the perfect retreat room for parents seeking relaxation or entertainment for the kids. 

Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining
This gourmet kitchen effortlessly combines style and functionality, a coffee machine, a full set of kitchenware, and all your culinary essentials. For those that like to cook there is a double oven and a BBQ area offer the perfect setting for relaxed barbecue gatherings. The spacious master bedroom, occupies a private zone on the first level with bi-folding doors leading you out onto the patio where you can unwind in the spa and marvel at the mountain views. There is a second bedroom and a single room on this ground level. Two more double bedrooms grace the 2nd level, along with a second living room and a shared bathroom.  All bedrooms feature mountain views (excluding single room).
